Availability depends on the child's age, program, and requested start date. When a space is not immediately available, families may be placed on our waitlist and contacted when a suitable spot becomes available. We recommend contacting us early for a specific start date, age group, or schedule, especially given how much demand there is for quality daycare in SW Calgary.

No. We support every child at their own pace, working alongside parents throughout the process. Diapers and pull-ups are completely welcome while your child is learning.

Elbow Academy participates in Alberta's $15-a-Day program, which keeps quality childcare affordable for families. Under the program, the government-set base parent fee is $326.25 per month for full-time care and $230 per month for part-time care.

The base fee covers the core childcare program set by the Alberta government. Some services fall outside of that core, so licensed centres are permitted to charge a supplementary fee for them. These can include meals and snacks, field trips, transportation, cultural activities, specialized classes, sunscreen, diapers, and overnight or extended-hours care (weekends and after 6 pm). If you'd like to know exactly what applies to your child's program, just ask us and we'll walk you through it.
